In 1999 after leaving the recovery room after a biopsy to determine what kind of cancer I had I went straight to the mall to meet Bill Goldberg. I got there too late or so i thought. I began crying because even though mall security would not let me up saying I was too late they took someone in a wheelchair up to him. His bodyguard saw me crying and asked what was wrong and i told him what I had been through that day with the surgery and then being told I could not meet Him. The bodyguard then took me around the back of the table to meet Mr. Goldberg. He was so nice and soft spoken. I don't remember what he said though because I still drugged from surgery. It was later determined that I had Hodgkins Disease. I had 6 months of chemo and am now 5 years cancer free as of Labor Day.
